boudhanath stupa kathmandu crimsonasia

Best of Nepal

Duration: 9D/8N

Destinations: Kathmandu - Chitwan National Park - Pokhara - Kathmandu

The Best of Nepal program gives you an opportunity to explore heritage, culture, wildlife and nature. The program starts off with exploration of temples and shrines of historical and archaeological interests in 17th century medieval towns of Kathmandu Valley. You will have a blitz into Nepal’s exotic wildlife at Chitwan National Park where you will get to see the one-horned rhino, deers, an elephant breeding center and probably the elusive Bengal tiger napping in the shade.

Nepal is also about mountains, hence the beautiful and scenic lake town of Pokhara will grant you views of the majestic Annapurna mountain range – home to three of the ten highest mountains in the world. You can relax in Pokhara, enjoy boating on Lake Phewa and delight in waterfalls and nature trails in Sarangkot.

The Best of Nepal program can be further customized to include places such as Nagarkot and Dhulikel. Or if you’re not inclined towards wildlife, the program can cover heritage and culture aspects only, depending on your interests and preferences.
